I've had my 10% high gear set UD for over 5K miles now & Im really happy with them.
I have 37s & 4:88 gears in the axles. My speedo is like 1% faster than actual mph as per GPS.
There is a very slight gear noise if you listen for it & has gotten less as the miles trip on.
I think this is a great way to correct for 315s because it is equivalent to 4:56 gear in the axles.

Out of curiousity, has anyone yanked the viscous coupler when they regeared their case?

I pulled mine and have yet to notice a difference.

Same here, I tell myself it was weight savings and additional fluid capacity. I run around in 4low with the case unlocked until an obstacle requires lockup and dont have any issues.

@LC4LIFE are you still running your 315's? Curious how far off was the speedo still after just the TC changes? Do you think there's any motivation to change the diff gears as well?

I'm running 35s and stock rear end. Seriously considering the TC upgrades, but don't want to also have to change rear end gears...

Thanks!!

I am actually running 35's now, so a bit bigger than the 315's I had when I did the gearing. The speedo does not change and is incorrect after the underdrive installation. That is because the speed sensor is after the gearing in the t-case. I installed a yellow box to correct the speed. I have no motivation to change diff gears unless I am towing, but even then diff gears would only do so much. I am still very happy with the t-case gearing and how it drives.

Awesome. Thanks!!!
