Cool, I think that's a good clean simple build you've done. Leaf springs are just hard to beat, nothing ever goes wrong. They don't get complicated, no moving parts, and can still flex. Looks like you've got some balls, I have to say. Those are some serious obstacles you got your self on. Film, photos never do it justice, it just never looks as big as it does in person. So if it looks big in the pics, you know its HUGE for real.
Wanted to say thanks for introducing me to those Timbrens bumpstops. I think I may try them, they may work well for me. Just about the cleanest way to do it. I haven't really priced them out yet, I know that more space on my axle would be nice. It will be super crowded after straps, anti-rock bars, and air bumps are all mounted. How much of a pain is it to mount the bastards? Can you pull the lower part off and slide them on, or do you have to tear the shocks all the way down? I know mine are coilovers, but should be about the same emulsion shock. But whatever, I'll get it figured out, thanks.
