Trunk won’t pop

I looked all over the web for this and I can’t find any info. I guess the only way to open the rear trunk is the rear button but it won’t work. I can open it manually if I climb through the backseats. Is there a fuse for this or is there any way I can troubleshoot this problem? Thanks

Have you had the battery disconnected?

If the truck loses power with hatch open you’ll need to reinitialize. Just close the hatch and disconnect battery for a min. When you reconnect it will reinitialize.

How do you open manually from the inside ?

To open the door manually you will need to pop the small plastic cover panel in the trim (center of the door) and manually flick a small lever switch - use a screw driver - you may need to remove a small plastic cap on the lock mechanism too.
