Power Rear Hatch Failure

So we were loading stuff in the back of my 2018 LC this A.M. for my son's wrestling tournment, wife dropped her last items in and came around to the front to get in where I was standing by the driver's door.

We got in pushed the button on the dash "beep" but no movement. I figured the rear tailgate wasn't shut.

Got out went to the back and opened the tailgate and closed it firm. Pushed the button on the upper, "beep" but no movement. Closed it manually.

When we got there, took our stuff out and tried to close it with the key fob. Same same, "beep" but no movement.

Any ideas?

Im not sure if the beep is supposed to still chime, but of course first i have to have you check the auto gate disable button by your right knee.

Did someone accidentally hit the "power door off" button?

Genius!

Didn't even know, or at least I don't recall, that there was such a button. My son (who is taller than I) went to the store last and must have hit it with his knee.
