True color of my FJ?

I'm looking for help identifying the true factory color of my 74 FJ40. When I went to remove what I believe was the factory installed floor mat. I found a cream colored paint under the green floor mat. The color of the paint is dark/rustic green. Could the original color have been white, or beige? The adhesive floor mat had to be chipped up in small chunks, but thankfully didn't reveal much rust.

Look up under the front dash, probably best place to find original color

Sorry, still trying to figure this out.

 

[Living in the Past]

The green mat is not a mat but rather a coating Toyota used on the floor before painting. Certainly wouldn't look at what is under that coating as anything other than primer paint.

Looks like primer to me too. I am working on a 77 now and that is the same color primer under the paint I am sanding off.
