Sold all of group buy 13. Ready to move forward with group buy 14. Pm me if you want one. Standard seems to be 12.75 or 17.5 you need to measure fill plug if trf to tran us a small diameter hose to measure with its easier than using a tape measure. Send me a pm for paypal instructions.

Group 14 Hoses did come in today. All orders did ship out today. I have two 12.75 inch long and two 17.5 inch long hoses left. This makes the 14th group buy. That's 138 hoses. I have also listed them on EBAY. If you don't want to wait a couple months for the next order I would recommend sending me a PM ASAP for payment instructions. The prices for MUD members stayed the same but you have to pay with Paypal as a gift otherwise the price is $3.00 more. Paypal fees and shipping are cutting into the little profit I make for doing these group buys.

I have one 12.27 hose left from Group Buy 15. If you need a 17.5" hose I will be placing an order for Group Buy 16 as soon as I sell the last 12.75 hose. PM me if you are interested in a hose or if your rig takes a different size or has different threads other than an M18. The hoses I have been selling are all with an M18 banjo fitting but I can special order the banjo fittings in any size you need. 15 Group Buys is a lot of hoses.

Sorry guys I still waiting for group buy 17 to come in. The banjo fittings from England have not come to the hose vendor yet. As soon as I get a confirmation email of the shipment I will let you know and they will go out the day I get the hoses. I appreciate the patience.

new price
You need to measure from the fill plug of the transmission to the fill plug of the transfer case. It will be either a 12.75 or a 17.5. $63 for a 12.75 or $65 for a 17.75. Add $8.30 for shipping inside the USA, for shipping outside of USA PM for shipping price. Send as a gift on paypal to avoid paypal fees or add $3.00 more.

I know that most of us have, or have had, the migrating Tcase oil issue.
Man-a-fre seems to be out of stock and piecing them together isn't cheap.
One of our members has come up with a high quality alternative to the Man-a-fre part. Shipmag is selling these in the vendor classifieds, but he is a 40/55 guy and didn't have a 60 to check it on. I decided to pick one up last week and it is a great piece of kit.
He has multiple lengths available, but I went with the 17.5". Probably could've gone shorter, but it isn't a big deal.

Transmission to Transfer Case Bypass Hose

I recommend picking one up if you are in the market.
Thanks shipmag!

@enfield do you think you could have used the 12.75 length? I have a 84, and need to go out and measure my truck.

Thanks!

I have 12.75 in stock. I have a 25.5 on order for a guy whi decided to measure. I have also on order severa 17.5. They should be in some time in a week or two. I will know more once my vendor sends me a tracking number. The good news is he had fittings from Germany this time.

If you need a special length i can get them made but it wont be ordered unt I make a regular order. You dont want to pay the cost he charges to do one hose and pay for the shipping for one hose. Hope this helps.

Please check the oil in your transmission. If oil comes out of the fill plug when removed. You need a new seal between the transfer case and transmission. Or you can buy a hose or better yet do both. You won't know when the seal fails. Cheap insurance for
Not running the transfer case dry.

Using a plastic hose, I measured about 14" from fill to fill on my truck. I am thinking the 12.75 would be tight, it may fit, but not worth the risk of not being long enough. I will opt for the 17.5. I will put in a PM per the instructions.

Best,
mark

84 FJ60 stock xfer case & H41 ~14" fill to fill.

This is what I got... I think the 12.75 inch variety should work for me.
