From looking at the other bumpers it seems like it will just stack below on most or fit just inside side mount brackets like on the ARB.

Will fit right inside the ARB outer frame brackets.

From what I can see, just remove the two bottom forward frame bolts, add guard and re-install bolts. Send me a good picture of the belly of the Labs where it bolts to the frame bottom (straight and side shots) and I'll be able to tell pretty quickly.

The guard will stack right up to the Labs. Shouldn't be an issue from what I can be see.

Get some spray in there. Winter is right around the corner for you.
