You sure can, just push the cruise control stalk forward for about 3-seconds. It will show you that it has been turned off on the center display. Do the same thing to turn dynamic cruise back on.

Engage cruise control but don't set it; press the stalk towards the front of the vehicle until your dash says "normal" vs. radar ready. Then set cruise as you normally would.
Radar cruise in the LC is ok, but not great. Not as smooth as in some other cars I have it with and it won't bring you to a stop. Still, better than "regular cruise" in most situations IMO.
