Got a note from Justin. Some Saturday in March (tbd), Larry H. Miller has some event going on and would like some club vehicles for display. Apparently you will get some free BBQ for your troubles. Thread will be updated as more information comes in.

Are we sure LHMiller knows what it's asking? Do they really want a bunch of paint peeling, pinstripped, dented up, rusted out, gas guzzling rigs parked next to all those nice new shinny cars? ;) Don't worry, I think +all your rigs are beautiful.

Anyhow, we'll probably all be out climbing China Wall. :grinpimp:

if its at the end of march...I may be able to get mine there...but that is a BIG maybe. Depends on if I can get the wiring harness in, radiator in, front end put in, windshield put in, off to the shop for the exhaust and finally running...I did say BIG maybe right?

Travis, my rig is taking your insults personally. Next trip out, it's going to vapor lock in protest...........

What was it protesting last trip? :grinpimp: Honestly, I love your 40. It's one badarse rig!

Wow, you went from "it might be ready for River Walk in May", to "might make this in March". Inspiring to see such progress.

... Maybe I'll bring my 55 tub on a trailer... ;)

I'm really not that far away from it being driveable...as soon as the wiring and radiator are in, its off to the shop for the exhaust and on the road. Wiring should be 2-3 weeks out...radiator needs to be ordered but easy to install. But overall, its close. Topless but close...

I think you might want to research how they move ancient artifacts without them turning to dust. That might come in handy for you. Maybe a humidor, or some clear paste to hold that thing thing together during transport.

Ouch!.... :crybaby:

Encased in plaster :)

Hmmmm...... I was going to go with "Big-Ugly", but now I'm thinking the 55 needs a dino-themed nickname..... :zilla:
