I actually paid to have this vehicle inspected locally. It's legit in that it's not a salvage title and it is a Collectors Edition with the factory locking diffs. I even called Toyota to check the original build sheet. Aside from the odo rollback, which took roughly 100k off, service has been neglected. Needed all new seals on the front of the engine. Leaking power steering fluid. Needed brakes. Body and frame are confirmed rust free, but every panel is faded and dinged. On the up side, the diffs all function and cycle correctly.

Just another spineless auction rat. I have no problem with honest flippers, but lying about the odometer just isn't cool.

I live in the DFW area and looked at this one in person before I found mine, and it is sketchy for sure. All sorts of leaks underneath, and the engine is definitely on it's way out the door. It sounded like it was about to lose a piston or something. I've also seen the carfax, and can 2nd it's been rolled back. I would stay FAR away.

Texas titles and a couple of other forms track mileage, one of which is an actual "mileage affidavit", others being the title itself and the State Inspection report.
Run away, run away!
Shameless plug here: mine's still for sale.

Did you drive this Landcruiser down 121 last night? I think I passed by you in my Lx450! Anyways goodluck with the sale!!!
Not me, it's been in the garage until I put the new sunroof glass in..... or until it's not supposed to rain.
And thanks, still trying to decide whether or not to accept an $8k as-is offer......
