Turns out these were sold at all Toyota dealerships just after WWII kinda a fill-in. Too bad they seem to cease in the 60's

a new version of the Toyo Motor Motorcycle.... a Toyo Motorcycle... they have much more than motorcycles... afaik no relation other than the name

TOYO Motorcycle KE2 – TOYO AGRO AND MOTORCYCLE LTD

I guess they run about 1K for the KE2
