As secure as five lug nuts could be... If thay want it they will get it.

The one I have covers the lugs but you can still get to them with a long box end. Bottom line is that you're right. Locks only keep out honest crooks.

Not a bad deal on a slide in:

1994 Northstar Truck Camper

crap my pants! damn I'd live in that!

I so would... but I called around to all the "RV parks" and was completely honest with them. None allow vehicle maintenance on-site... so there went my hopes of living in a trailer park or RV park for 6 months to pay for it and wrenching on Lorena.

I ain't living in a trailer park around here unless it's "college" park and they don't allow campers...

Changed out the shocks on the diesel. I went with the monroe sensatrac reflex shocks. O reilly auto parts had all 4 of em in stock so i went with those. Lifetime warranty.

I took it out for a spin on my baja test track ... Green oak lane. It has a section that is like the whoops in baja.
Rides a whole lot better than before.
I believe the stock shocks were the ones i replaced.

Good grasshopper.

Or fix it.

Done. Replaced the VP44 injection pump and cam positioning sensor. I replace the cam pos. sensor because it is just behind the injection pump.

Truck is running. Not a bad job. About 4 hours if you take your time.

Going to car wash to wash the spilled diesel when I was priming the injection pump.
