Special Ops. I looked at a few brands that I know and they are around $5000....better trailers and closer to you but more.

who was the guy from Arkansas that has been to Crawl a couple times that was building trailers?

I am wanting similar set up. I would want a top hinged on left or right side with padding for canoe/kayak
Then the top bars high enough for a RTT with annex if I decide to go in that direction.

See, that's the part that I don't get. The spec ops trailer is nearly 3g's and it doesn't have the "top hinged on left or right side with padding for canoe/kayak
Then the top bars high enough for a RTT with annex if I decide to go in that direction." How does that get you where you want to be with your limited time/space issue? You'd be better off paying Nolen 2g

Looks like I should start a trailer company.

The spec ops, if you look at all accessories, has two level of load bars that might work for the kayaks/canoes down below then a RTT up above but has no hinged top.

That's kinda what I was going for. You would probably be better off finding a fab shop that would build to your spec. I would build you one but I'm so covered up the time factor becomes an issue

I want to hire a fab guy in the next 24 months if we keep progressing...
