At the shop to get the 30mm rear spacer installed. They dropped the spring, but the bump stop does not fit into the spacer in any way/direction. Only possibility is to install the bump stop below the spacer, but then the spring will come loose.

Or is the bump stop meant to be completely removed? That seems like it would be problematic.

How do these install? Can't find instructions anywhere online.

Just spoke w/ Slee and they advised that the rear spacers are different between 80/100 and 200 series, which is contrary to what the above website says. Perhaps different brand spacers? Can anyone advise?

had the same issue with the dobinson 30mm spacer. just shaved the bump stops.

Thank for confirming.

Damn. Frustrating.

Wish I knew this before I came to the shop and wasted the time & money...

Guess I'll have to try to do this myself and trim the bump stops.

80/100 spacers ID about 5.25", 200 spacer ID is about 5.5" OD is different as well. They are different part numbers.

Yeah, they are advertised many places as interchangeable but are definitely not.

Would probably drop TT a line a to revise the description on his site.

On the plus side the LX springs are quite easy to remove, whole process took maybe an hour with trimming the bump stops.

Thanks for the info, and for the quick chat on the phone today. (Hope I didn't sound too abrupt - I had some dental work done recently and a complication of that is that moving my tongue is incredibly painful, so I try to speak as little as possible for the time being.)

Another question if you don't mind: you mentioned that both the ID and OD are different, so would you not advise installing the 80/100-series rear spacer over a trimmed bump stop on the LX570? From the link/thread posted above, it looks like the bump stop can be easily trimmed to accommodate the ID of the spacer, but then the OD would still not be a match?

Sorry that got in the way of the install! At least now there's some identified workarounds thanks to @Ali FJ80.

I wonder how much interference there is, and if the ring wouldn't just press fit itself into place one on the car as the bump stop is pliable. Probably just as easy or straightforward to trim the bumpstop a bit.

There really was not much give as the lower section is metal with a rubber coating which is what I trimmed. I tried applying some decent force to see if the spacer could be squeezed on there without luck but didnt try using the trucks weight as you are suggesting. It may work but seemed unlikely it was going to squeeze on there from what I saw.
