Not sure if people know about JMO torque converters. I don't have any personal experience with them, just thought I'd put it out there if someone is looking for one, since they have toyota diesel performance applications.

Cool... but they are for automatic transmision, not for mecanic ;)

Good change to do.
 
They would be for the A440 and A442F, but my understanding. So they would also work on automatic 60 and 80 series.
 
i will be contacting them next week, this is interesting since everytime i have an auto that acts up the shop wants to "rebuild" the Torque Convertor... if the prices are comparable then this is a better way to go...
and a way to test the shops credibility...
 
Don't forget to check Outbacks offering of the Wholesale Automatics TC's. The A440s are totaly diiferent (no core) and the A442 have a core exchange. Be interesting to see a comparison of the two for price and performance.
