test fitting back accessories and hoses. New OEM metal coolant line that runs from Drivers side, under block to pass side installed. Gates green stripe 5/8 heater hoses. I have a new rebuilt aftermarket alternator sitting here but had this reman toyota one that is known good. I just need to pull the cooling fins and pulley off and clean them up. I believe i will test fit the reman after the project is running. Too many unknown entities right now to test yet another thing. Volvo 240 power steering pump reinstalled. Notice i modified the Volvo backets to fit the 3fe.
I have some AN adapters for the power steering pump and box that need to be installed.

I have always wanted to test fit the AFCO 37130 in a saginaw pump to see if they work.
Hoping it will replace the fitting in the back of the pump to an AN pressure out. Now is the time since I will be opening up the power steering system. My rebuilt 60 power steering box is on the shelf waiting to be installed.
I found i had stacked coolant temp sender adapters to get to what I needed. Ordered an M16 x 1.5 to 1/8 NPT adapter to get the temp sensor in the actual coolant flow. New plugs, cap, rotor, wires.
Test fit the AC compressor again. I believe my York lost a seal sitting. Saw a little puddle under it. Guess I'll figure that out tonight or grab my spare york off the shelf and modify the oil passage. Instructions here
