Just as a point of reference, it looks like FJZ prices are tanking in CA (looking at Autotrader). Lots of low miles (<125K) for under 11K. Prices in AZ are still low-to-mid teens. Of course, I'm looking in AZ and not going to spend more than 10K so I remain cruiser-less. If I had the time, I would go to CA.
