Could be a good camping trailer... aluminum (I believe), possibly even insulated with spray foam. Turn it sideways, add a couple wheels & a door.

All these 40 series listed for such high prices almost makes me think prices have gone up a lot... I can remember thinking I couldn't replace mine for less than $12k but I could never sell it for anywhere near that. Now I don't think I could replace mine for a heck of a lot more... selling price doesn't matter, because I'm willing it to my kid(s), and It'll never be sold.
