1967 Classic Toyota Landcruiser

Port Townsend is pretty close. Wish he hadn't welded the back door shut on the drivers side...

Oh the sacrilege........
Why oh why????

Yeah..I don't get it.

Blanking out the big side windows I'm ok with, tones down the whole goldfish bowl thing that wagons have.

The side door tho...wtf? the best thing about a 4 door is being able to open the side door and set your stuff on the back seat before getting in.

Landpimp lives in that area, his LV is super hot tho....

Edit, he lives in Port Angeles...

Well. Looked at it.

Told the guy it was a total piece of s*** not worth half what he was asking...

Gave him a Toshi lowball offer, the kind of offer you feel compelled to apologize for before making it....

And I am now a member of the rusty 60 club...

Moutard has been a bit fractious of late, and Mel is taking the CRV to CR for the month, so I kindof need something to drive...

Has some good things going for it, lift with greasable pins everywhere, axt turbo kit, 2.5" exhaust ( weird routing...) , recent high nickel head, new clutch, brakes , glow plugs...

Hippies have been at some of the wiring. Fxxxers are worse than rats for chewing on harnesses.

Got pretty much everything working again yesterday tho. Some haphazard Edic operation, glow plugs have been manualized by said hippies.

Needs bumpers, and I'll have to give it a bottom half spray job to purty it up a little, it's a bit cosmetically challenged at the moment, just have to figger out what the hell colour goes with "champagne" other than Brown or black.

And because I don't like owning two cruisers, ( they don't do well with neglect) this probably means I'll flog Moutard at some point soon, which shouldn't come as a surprize...:grinpimp:

Nice!
Ye 'ol VI cruiser forum has been a bit dull as of late. Time for a new build thread! Come up with a name yet?

Ha...I had a few options going through my mind...

B.O.M.B. ( bringer of marital bliss) got veto'd...

I guess it's champagne coloured...and Bubbles is cheap nasty champagne...which kinda suits. :hillbilly:

So... Let's see:
40
45 (well close enough)

Did I miss any?

What's next? A 43? Troopy?

Gosh , it's so sweet that you're keeping track.

But yeah you did miss several.

Also just had a chicken quesadilla for lunch.

Well s***!!!... first the "smart phone" that you'd never get, now a 60 that you'd also never buy! Next come the Spanish classes and Facebook account! Lol
