Where can I source a TJM bumper for my 100 series in California? Their website says GTFOverland in La Verne but the phone no. Listed does not work.

TJM has had a history of having a US presence/distribution and then not. Personally I'd look at one of the other brands.

I just ran across this particular TJM bumper on a BaT listing. It is literally the first bumper I've ever seen on an LX470 that I even mildly like the look of. I also found this Instagram post, appears it is alloy, even better. Anyone aware of any availability for this thing in the USA? Or a used one floating around?

i think that is an Australian market bumper, never seen that one before in the US....
Yeah, uncommon for sure. I did find one in an old For Sale ad, looks like it is called the T1. If anyone has a lead on one, please reach out. I know it is not super functional but I like the OEM+ kind of look.

due to australian market, looks like it's airbag compatable....my requirement. Not sure what "alloy" means as it's not stated on vendor site.
This one appears to be a third variant even still. Not to be a negative Nancy but they are all pretty awful looking *shrug*

Yeah, that's fine, personal preference. I happen to think most of the common steel bumpers are pretty awful looking on the 100, and downright hideous on a 200. FWIW I'm only interested in the TJM bumper from the BaT listing, not any of the other variants that have been posted. I think it would look even better if painted to match the lower cladding on the LX.
I found another photo of one of these stateside, it comes from this thread. Most of the thread discusses a similar "OEM" Toyota bull bar bumper. I don't care for that one either, still just like this particular setup:
ive also always liked the OEM+ look of the TJM alloy bumper, but they just rarely ever make it to the USA. Hope you find one, but dont hold your breath.
