@tmnt25 Adjust the pressures with the tires cold to the RCTIP. Once you do that all five will read the same (correct) pressure. Pressure will increase as the road tires heat up, of course, but the RCTIP is your baseline/starting point. The sticker on the door is irrelevant if you are running anything other than stock tires or equivalent.
I got stock tires btw

If you have time, @gaijin , could you please advise as to the proper cold tire inflation pressure for a 2008 LX 570 with Nitto Ridge Grappler 285/50R20 116Q XL BSW tires?

Thank you.

Thank you.

Sure!

The RCTIP for those ISO-Metric 285/50R20 116Q XL tires on your LX570 is 34psi F/R.

One more question @gaijin - in the manual for my 2008 LX 570 it provides a recommended cold tire inflation pressure but it also states when towing to add 2 PSI to the rear tires.

You calculated my RCTIP to be "ISO-Metric 285/50R20 116Q XL tires on your LX570 is 34psi F/R" - should I still add 2 PSI to the rear tires when towing?

If it matters, the vehicle is stock, we're not adding bumpers or any other offroading / overlanding upgrades, and we are very unlikely to exceed the load capacity (2 adults, 1 kid, 2 German Shepherd dogs, and camping gear). We have discussed towing a travel trailer (far under the 7k max tow weight - the ones we've looked at are in the 2000 - 3500 pound dry weight range), hence the question.

I'd follow the recommendation in your Owner's Manual.

Hey @gaijin , Can you work your magic and supply the cold tire inflation pressure for a 2008 LX 570 with 275/65R20 General Grabber A/T X?

Thanks in advance!

Well... given the info you provided, I will need a little magic power to answer your question.

The General Grabber A/Tx doesn't come in the ISO-Metric size you are asking about, so I'll have to guess you mean the LT-Metric size LT 275/65 R 20 126/123 S Load Range E tire.

The RCTIP for LT 275/65 R 20 126/123 S Load Range E tires on your LX570 is 36psi F/R.

If my assumption on tire size is incorrect, then post back with the correct info and I'll adjust my recommendation.

Hi @gaijin , Would you be able to tell me the correct RCTIP for these winter tires that I'm running: 275/65R18 116R Nokian Hakkapeliitta R3 SUV ? These are on my 2013 LX570, which is totally stock at this point. Many thanks for your assistance.

Glad to!

The RCTIP for those 275/65R18 SL 116R tires on your LX570 is 30psi F/R.

I've been reading a lot on cold tire pressure and their conversion to a different size and tire type. I found something I would like to consider.

Stock LX570 - 285/50R20 recommended pressure is 33 psi
Stock LC200 - 285/60R18 recommended pressure is 33 psi

If both vehicles have the same gross vehicle mass, can I use the LX570 recommended pressure as basis of computation for my new LT285/65R18 recommended pressure for a more softer ride which is 37 psi? (42psi if I would base my computation from the LC200 recommended pressure)

If you have a LC200, you should base your calculations on what is on the TIP (Tire Information Placard) on your door jamb - you do not have a LX570.

Toyota/Lexus engineered the suspensions on the two vehicles to provide optimum safe performance with different tire spring rates (i.e. tire pressures). Different vehicles, different suspensions, different engineering considerations from the manufacturer - simple as that.

The RCTIP for those LT285/65R18 tires on your LC200 is 42psi F/R. If you run a lower pressure, you would be underinflated.
