Can we get some pictures and ideas on what people think about tinted windows on the pig.

Mine is just tinted from the glass co., stock new car tint. To me, it's a green tint. I like the look of Monty's dark tint, but I couldn't see out of it at night fall.

I just wonder does it take away from the look of the old school pig....I always like classic with no tint. But I have a guy at work hounding me about tinting this unit. Wanting to add ac and Louisiana heat/humidity is tuff. Wondering how much it would really help to tint.
The tint looks really nice with the pillars painted black. Almost looks modern without looking silly like putting 20 inch rims on. That being said I'm not a fan of tint for driving and being on the lookout for cops when I speed. I also like people to see me flip them off too.
Ron, that is a Beautiful picture. Saved to my computer. Tint on yours looks perfect, so is it all new glass, or just tinted a new car style?
IMO, extremely light tint, like Rons, or fishbowl (no tint) is the way im going. But then again i live in the Great white north.

It's all new glass. The windshield has the same green tint. I wasn't happy with it at first, but warmed up to it now. Not much I could do about it anyway!

Where did you end up getting all your glass? I know you were saying Glass co, That a specific company, or someone local to you? Guessing you gave them your old glass and they just cut new glass to match?
Right, a local guy just cut all the flat stuff. Bought the windshield from a national company. If needed I'll look them up. My flat glass is not tempered and is thicker than stock.
Personally I think modern look with black pillars doesn't match with the retro look of the pig. Just my opinion.

I like tint. Mine is 20%. If for no other reason then to keep me from making eye contact with all the gawkers. If you do it, I would suggest doing the brow on the windshield. It was one of the best modifications I have done.

Think I am about to pull the trigger on tint any suggestions guys? Don't want to take away from the classic look, but Louisiana heat is not friendly at all. Any more pics would be appreciated.
I like the security aspect. No one can see the gold bars that I carry around in the back.
