Thoughts on long single swing out

And if you have a drawer set-up or fridge where access is key, guarantee you will be regretting the single long arm. Not to be a downer.
No need to apologize! I have enough sense to carry all that in my off-road trailer(see sig)!!!!!!

Another nice feature of the single swing out is being able to add a little swing down table...

Nice kitchen setup! I wonder if you would please post some closeups of the swing down table attachment method. Also, what is that white material on your tailgate? (It appears to be your kitchen counter). How did you attach it?

@Corbet in your pics on pg 2 of this thread, you have dual swing arms but only one latch. How is that working out? I imagine in CO you wheel in a lot of steep mountainous country. The latch showing any sign of wear, or have you had any failure? Is there a hidden locking pin on the inside of the arms that you can engage to lock the arms closed (when wheeling hard), or is it just that one latch?

That's not my rig. It's some outfit out of Australia. I saved the pics for future modding ideas.

Just to update:
I finally pulled my trailer w/my single swing-out. It opens all the way w/the trailer attached!
