Too bad they didn't leave the rims narrow, i can see the welds in the photos. lots to work with still

license plate lamp and turn signal lever, some guys have bought 3 trucks for some of these things:lol:

that is definitly the same one... i updated the registry and removed #124 from the land of the unknown 25's

they are brothers ...

from the registry:
0-FJ25-21492L #124
0-FJ25-21493L #23 F124731 FJ25LD (Silver vin) USA
0-FJ25-21495 #151 F124816 FJ25L (Black vin) USA

Besides the T-bird going missing it doesn't appear to have the vent in the top anymore and spare tire gone. Engine looks like it could be original. Still has the draft on the oil fill tube, but that looks like a 64-67 oil bath cleaner. Another MIA is the original bumper. Didn't appear it had it back in 05 either. I wouldn't mind having a set of widened 25 wheel if they were done right. Even if these were able to clean up the welds there only looks to be four. While it does have the license plate light bracket the lens is gone. Any body making repos of those? Curious to see how much it goes for. As of now there are nine bids. Didn't check to see if it was just a couple bidders trying to meet the reserve. We should all be thankful to FJFJFJ and his 62. Because of that our junk might actually be worth something.

Hello all. Well whether or not we are ready for it, we purchased the FJ25 from the company selling it on EBay.
So it will leave North Dakota soon, where it was sold new apparently, and head to Arizona.
I came to this forum after we purchased it - and because of the comments, we got back to the seller, who called the previous owner since December of 2005 - apparently Vickie's family sold it rather than restoring it back then. They found the tbird emblem and it's in the glove box for the trip.
They are looking for the spare tire - but no luck so far.
Thanks - but I am sure we will need a lot more help!

Welcome, and congratulations!

Welcome to Mud :)

Make a build thread about your rig... Love to see its progress !!!

Hi Guys Does anyone know what final sale price was? was it drivable?
Thanks Bill

The listing started at $200, but ended with zero bids.

Thought it had some bids. eBay shows it as no longer for sale. Guessing a deal made off eBay.

Looks like you aren't new to the LC madness. Where are you in Phoenix? Anymore it take up half the state. I believe there are some soft top FJ25s in AZ don't remember any hard tops. There are a few 61 FJ40 hard tops around which are close body/engine wise. The rest of the drive train is 25 only.

EDIT: I remember there was a FJ25 hard top in the Phoenix area. That guy move to Idaho. Then sold it to a guy in Montana. Who I believe sold it to a guy in the Tucson area. I believe a second fj25 hard top came with it. Not sure how complete either is. With yours I can think of around ten FJ25s that are in pieces or complete in AZ.

Thanks for hospitality so soon.
Living in the past - We live at the southern edge of Phoenix, near Wild-horse pass casino off of Pecos road. Maybe we can meet up some day? There is a lot we don't know - probably a dumb question - what's an original dizzy?
