that thing is pretty clean. should be less than average rust to fix. BTW the yard kinda reminds me of tim hills house outside tucson az.

Today is the day the owner comes home from Europe, I wont know unless she calls me.
The more I hound her to buy this 55, she will probably increase the price, knowing I'm hooked. I really don't want to spend more than 2k, I still need to get her running.

If you go to look at it bring $2,000 in cash since that is the most you will pay. Try to get it lower but if she is stuck at say $2500 all you have to do is show the wad of cash and tell her that is your max. People certainly get motivated to sell when there is cash within sight.
Did you ask what their bottom dollar was?
