I installed an AFE Dry Air Filter. Might want to check them out. Seems to provide some extra air flow.
I did and love it, just wash and dry when dirty.

Getting parts ready for next build phase. Will be using @duggy to help me get it all set up correctly and dialed in just right:

4. New Landtank custom Rear LCA’s with new OEM bushings from @NLXTACY
5. New Metal Tech Rear UCA’s
6. New OEM bolts/washers/nuts for rear UCA’s and LCA’s

Thanks to @duggy for another successful build phase on my 100 Series.

New Landtank Rear LCA’s with OEM bushings from @NLXTACY installed; new Metal Tech Rear UCA’s installed; new OEM panhard bushings; and @Delta VS 100 series panhard relocation bracket installed. All completed with fresh and new OEM hardware. @duggy got all my pinion angles dialed in for the rear and a fresh alignment. Straight and smooth as butter down the road now!

Completed my underbody armor with a middle and rear skid from Bump it Offroad. Decided to swap out transmission mount with bushing for a new OEM one while this was all being done. Just because I get OCD sometimes, we did all new OEM hardware for trans mount and trans crossmember while we were in there...

Where did you get the Delta Panhard bracket? I don’t see it on their site. How much lift do you have in the rear?

Contact Delta directly. They just released this product. I am running the OME 2.5” Lift (2864 heavy springs in the rear)

(2) New YotaMD Titanium Key Fobs arrived today from @suprarx7nut

Amazing design and attention to detail!

I put my original master and valet key in safe keeping. Ordered two new extra key fobs off amazon for this project. Had my local key shop cut the keys, installed 2 new fresh lithium batteries, and programmed the fobs finding the sequence here on mud. Got everything installed into the new YotaMD keys fobs (thanks @suprarx7nut for the helpful YouTube tutorials on your site).

Upgraded rear wiper today. Ordered the Toyota wiper and wiper arm from Japan online. Perfect fit and functions much better than my original. Plus I personally like the look of it better than the original arm.

Replaced the rubber grommet and nut with new OEM while I was doing this project.

Took care of 5k service today. Mobil 1 Syn 5w-30 oil change with Toyota Oil Filter; New OEM gasket for oil pan bolt; BG44k fuel treatment; and greased drive shaft zerks with Valvoline Syn Grease.

Also took oil sample to send to Blackstone.

Ordered the Huracan Tailgate Storage System during the IH8MUD group buy awhile back. Finally got around to installing this weekend. Very pleased with this product.

Installed my new Rad Rubber Engine Splash Guards. Great upgrade considering my original guards didn’t fit quite right after my body lift. Rad Rubber can make these splash guards for those of us that have a body lift.

What are you planning to put inside your new tailgate storage area? Nice build thread brother.
Cheers mate,
G
Thanks Mike. Most likely will put recovery straps and light stuff in the Huracan storage compartment. Heavy, bulky stuff tends to move and clunk around. Right now I need the 3rd seating row for the kids, so every bit of extra storage help.

Sunroof was frozen, so I bought a used sunroof assembly off a parted out 98 cruiser. Had the headliner dropped to swap the sunroof, however the used sunroof I bought was frozen. Ugh!!!

Decided to do some research in the Houston area that rebuilt sunroofs. Found a reputable shop that would rebuild my sunroof with All Toyota OEM Parts (new guide cables, new guide tubes, etc.). They would also clean entire assembly, lube, check seals, calibrate, water test, and reinstall the headliner. It was not cheap ($1200), but my sunroof is as good as new and will last another 20 years! Very happy with the result.

Who did you use for sunroof? Thank you in advance.

Hi Kyle-I found a local shop in Houston that specializes in sunroof repair. I purchased new OEM guides and cables. Shop removed/reinstalled headliner, removed/replaced sunroof cables/guides, water tested, and made sure sunroof function was dialed in precisely. Not sure if OKC has someone that can do this, but would be you could find someone a few hours away in Dallas.

Replaced my old speaker grill cloth today. Found a FourWinns Marine Grade Speaker Cloth in Tan that was an almost exact match to OEM.
