It's a 20 year old truck. Stuff happens. Gray, black, etc. your choice - rustoleum. Applied on a regular basis on metal that is clean and dry. Don't spray oil on it. Just dig all the stuff out and use three cans on the underside of the truck everywhere. Otherwise - glass it. The hole.
