WTF is up with toyota and those damn tail lights? Why do the stick out so much? It breaks up the whole line.

The more I look at this new LX from the rear the more I see the first generation RAV4 style of sticking out rear lights and I am not too sure if we will ever be able to do an after market bumpers that can support heavy wheeling.

For now I will stick to my 97 model and count my blessings.

I know it's the LX replacement, but is it a Land Cruiser?
I wonder that too, maybe this isn't based on the new LC platform although I'm sure it probably is. Hopefully the LC will get a more utilitarian look to it.

We need the 70 Series here in the states.

It's got all the design cues of a LC in Lexus trim.
