Sorry to those that disagree but your 100 puts that 250 to shame. Absolutely love your rig 💪
100 looks like a grown man's car. a 250 looks like something a wanabe would drive or someone's kid would drive lol. I have the same opinion about FJ Cruisers. They look like a Bronco knockoff TBH.

There, I fixed it for you.

Have you seen the old classic broncos? I’m guessing not. I’m not an expert on them but I’ve seen an entire collection of them at a shop I used to work at. Ford has had that design for decades. Long before the 250 came out. And an FJ cruiser is supposed to look like a 40 series except a 40 is perfection and an FJ Cruiser looks like something you build out of Lego (looks like dog s***).

It was a joke...supposed to be humorous in a Toyota forum.

Two things...the FJ Cruiser was designed specifically to look like it had FJ40 DNA as a retro-redesign. It doesn't look like a First Gen. Bronco or a Jeep CJ except in how the original DNA of the 40 looks like one of those. Although obviously, subjectivity allows for any opinion.

2nd, the new 250 looks awful because of the tires they are required to ship with from the factory. Once you correct for that, the look amazing...IMHO.

I do agree that the 250 looks much better with wheels and tires.

Prepping for a quick weekend at Leavitt Lake, CA

Made it up and down including a service drive for a guy with a Raptor who got stuck half way up due a broken fuel module.
Was surprised to see an Outback and a fully loaded Sprinter up there.

1up it is! They got the heavy duty version and I bought them as they were the only ones advertising offroad use. 3 bikes through very bumpy terrain and I am impressed how well it holds up

Just did a 1500 mile figure 8 from Boise to Yellow Pine, Jackson Hole, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Gardiner, Bannack and back. Camped out 8 straight nights, not a single shower but we jumped in lakes and rivers at every opportunity. Only paid to camp once (Bannack State Park). Pretty epic trip!

On a side note, my 100 has only given me trouble twice, both times coincidentally in Yellowstone. This third time was the charm though.
