I'd seriously consider importing one in 2025. At that point 2000 model year would be legal to import. I don't care much about the 98 and 99

Sorry friend - I had a 98 and we loved it for years but here in freezing north, their lack of traction control, A-trac and 4 channel ABS is less than ideal. And I swear brakes are just plain better in 2000+
Here's the proof that 98/99s are great too!
