@ porter

Nice job on the trim. Did you paint it or Plasti-Dip it?

I hope it was plasti-dip

It's official, the takeover has begun. FTW!

A big Negatory on the Plastidip, ran out after doing my radiator. The inside stripe Rustoleum bright coat metallic finish #7715 aluminum, and the base trim Valspar lacquer hi gloss #65063 aluminum, pic is five years old, held up well.

Our old girl.

and one of our old 80 series.

This one of the rescue vehicles I used to drive. The photo was taken out on the Nullarbor cliffs.

Went to the Keystone Dam ORV area outside of Tulsa to play around. I may or may not have gotten stuck... Some serious ruts in the 2nd pic

also very different price points. Sliders are a lifesaver off road but almost useless day to day. (I like to think they prevent parking lot door dings and would help in a side impact but have no data to support that)

HIDs help all the time. On and off road. and are a lot cheaper.

Afternoon adventure down the Angolan coast from Luanda.
Determined 15-18 psi was optimal for deep sand driving with my set-up, versus the last few beach trips at around 25 psi which required sand ladders and lots of digging.

My new Cruiser

Pics of my first UZJ100! I have an HDJ81 Cruiser but wanted something to replace my Land Rover LR3 as a combined daily driver and trail truck. 2006 in Thundercloud Metallic with only 52,000mi. Can't wait to start building this thing up!

Cheers!

At the end of the trail looking back towards Overland Canyon, one of the scenic sections of the trip!

Jon I love your truck, partially because it's so similar to mine! Great pics as always bro....
