^ haha...fun to compare. It was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be...first time a couple weeks ago on those trails. What a great trio of trails eh?!

And John and his 80 for articulation compare

That is a good group of trails. Comparing articulation isn't even funny......we have zero......I still love hanging with the 80's in my group that had 37's. The 100 won't win any awards for making things look easy, but it's a great overall platform.

Chit-Chat: Do you guys think that any of the 80s better articulation is due to it's less rigid frame?

No, it's the solid axle making the difference. The rear works fine.

^^^ I was in that 'camp' before we got him...after owning a few different breeds over the years with zero repeats I can honestly say there will be another SP at our house when the dreaded day comes we need to replace him...

Just don't tell my GWP I said that

I'll join your camp Dan, our standard has been the best dog we've owned!

New Bilstein HD's all around and OME 865 rear springs. Still trying to get used to the new stance (i.e. more rake). The 865s gave me a full 2" of lift compared to the 1.5" inch spacer I removed (YMMV), and the Bilsteins up front required an easing up on the torsion bars to achieve the same droop versus the OEM shocks. I prefer my trucks to sit level, so I'm trying to put my vanity aside and talk myself into the fact that the Bilsteins are a better ride and the 865 is better suited for the upcoming Summer family trips than the OEM spring and spacer.

I'm sitting a hair lower in the front (21") and a half inch higher in the rear (22") than previously.

Edit: I plan to sell my stock springs and the machined 1.5 inch spacers. Just need a few days to dial everything in. BamaHeel has already PM'd me about the spacers, so he's first in line. :flipoff2:

A couple shots from my current build. First with new tires, second while priming my sliders, third is how it looks right now. I still have a lot of work left to do but I couldn't be happier with how its turned out so far.

Nice! I really like the way that looks...

Here's a closer look at it. I'm not the only one out there with the T3, and at the time I bought it 5 yrs ago, I thought it was the best looking bumper (the Slee wasn't out yet and I couldn't wait). Not sure if they can be had in the states anymore? Had heard that TJM was back, but haven't dug into who the vendors are and whether the T3 is still in production.

^where is that? Back story?

I will have to do some research or start figuring out how to build one myself! I think it looks perfect... I'm also a bit jealous of the 993 in the garage too.
