My favorite part is the pictures of the disassembled engine in the trunk.

Great deal on a set of 37 inch tires. 5 almost new for $1250.00 ($250 each)

Nice looking but that's about it. It may have a hard top but with that roll cage it wouldn't fit. No mention of up grading to disc brakes. Not sure what good a sound system is going do running down the highway with no top. If I'm going to spend $10K on cruiser it will either be one I know I can make a profit on later or a 80 series which makes more sense here in the valley. Murf's 82 with A/C and hard top is a different story but that also isn't a cruiser your going to buy for $10K. While I'm a big fan of the FJ40 I'll buy 80 series for $10K before I would spend $5K for that one which is where I value it.
Sorry, didn't mean to open a wound.... I saw the pic and from 50' and that was it.
Not sure what wound that would be. I love the FJ40 if I didn't I won't have eight of them. Never owned a 80 but for the way I see this club wheel for $10K your for better off with a 80. Driving fifty miles on a highway to get to the trail is nothing. While it may look cool driving down the highway in a open Fj40 it's gets old real quick. While Claudia a real die hard FJ40 owner still has it she has since purchased two 80 series. Just making a point that in that price range a 80 series just makes more sense for here in the metro area.

I guess I'm just different, while most think the 66 is cool I see the 71 as a much better value at less then a third of the price.
I have a problem with cruisers that will probably only be cured one way. And I'm not in any rush to get there.![]()
