Even with that low of miles not sure if it's worth that much. To me all original doesn't mean FZJ80 wheels. If you know the 60/62 series you would post a picture of the outside of the driver's seat. That would help back up the miles. Mine with just over 121K miles only has cracked vinyl. This should still be good. A good question to ask is how long has the seller owned it. Very possible someone paid a fraction of the asking price and looking to flip it for a huge profit. Back in 93 took me close to a year to find a descent used FJ62. Today with the internet that changed Believe Murf posted about a original owner trying sell a very nice low mile FJ62 for around half that price.
