I'd go for that 6-wheeler for a good price. Someone here would buy it since it's unique.

Good looking rig John, can't wait to see the half-cab!

Got 1 email on the pig from my Craigslist ad (I think, it might have been from MUD) but they didn't reply to my confirmation that it is still for sale.

Haven't dropped the tank yet but started on getting the spare tire crossmember off. Just so damn busy with work that my "free time" is non existent until next week.

and so it goes....and so it goes....

This is the best, most ridiculous Land Cruiser of all time. Temped to buy it just for the sheer strangeness (not gonna tho)
Toyota Landcruiser 6 Wheeler DUALCAB 350 CHEV V8 - eBay, Passenger Vehicles, Cars, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 30-Jul-08 22:57:12 AEST)

Lane- Drove past your street yesterday and saw the big Tacoma graveyard on the corner. Very sad.

Driving the BJ40 to CT today to trade it for a 1965 mustang convertible. Tires are bald and it's raining like hell. Should be interesting.

Yea, alot of good parts there. They have emptied it once already!

Survived the mustang trade but the guy showed up at our meeting point 3 hours late. Sorta pissed about the delay but the car is very nice and I got the best end of the deal. Pics to follow soon. Drives great. Has 2 dents otherwise rust free.

My Dad had a 65 mustang fastback and he's not a fan of convertibles. Gonna sell this to buy parts needed for the crew cab plus an MG or something for the wife. The mustang was completely rebuilt in 2005.

Dave- can i send you some pics to post. my computer isn't cooperating on re-sizing

There was more bondo in that BJ40 than I knew what to do with. Told the guy and he didn't care. I would have felt guilty selling the 40 to someone sight unseen so this worked out great.

Nice Mustang... looks pretty stock...

I saw this the other day at a Freindly's.... I don't think it's stock though. ;)

Sweet rig. Figures the owner is a Masshole.

Went to the RMV and of course there is a title problem. Cars are a PITA.

you have a PM

Good time? We missed you! : )

not bad, took one night to run up to Bar Harbor (about 3 hrs. from Freeport where we were camping) and see my best friend Dan.

The boy stays with G&G camping for another week and a half. :)

What I did on my summer vacation.

Have these 2 weeks off and have been kicking around home. Sunday was a trail cut
which was a lot of fun. I had left my camera out in the rain and fried it last week. Mentioned it to a friend at work who is into photography, so he's got this friend who's upgrading. Now we have a Canon EOS Rebel
XTi, came with a 18-55mm zoom, couple of lithium batteries, three 1GB memory cards and a card reader for
$300. Didn't seem to bad.
Bette was upstairs cleaning and found a wasps nest in a little cubby under the eaves. So here I sit now
looking like someone punched me in the eye after one of them got me while I was spraying the nest.
Home improvement was on the list also, have to replace the carrying beam under the front porch and pour
some new concrete piers to hold everything up. (4' holes are pretty deep)
Spent a bit of time with the 4R, new front fenders and I took the rear bumper off and ground all the rust off
and repainted that.
Next week we head up to VT for a couple of days of camping and relaxing!

This week sucked. i hate complaining but I always do. My life depends on the sale of my baseball wines and Manny and Ken Griffey got traded the same day. Not good. Hundreds of cases of wine in the lurch. Plus, all of my players with wine from the Braves are on the DL and sales have literally stopped in GA. That's worse.

I really hate wine. Switching exclusively back to drinking beer....starting now.

2 weeks till the Crew Cab. Painting the rims for it right now. Waiting to put on the second coat. High off the fumes

John,

Saw the baseball wines in Shaws (?) in Freeport and the labels looked great, darker, lots more color then the ones I remembered.

Don't be surprised if the Manny wines sell quickly, they will be a keepsake for a lot of folks I think

Thanks Dave.

Rims came out good. Perfect for a driver truck. I love ACE Hardware's paint dept.
