More front end parts prep. I use these Zep products to clean grease and remove rust. Just let em soak.

Got some clean and paint on some parts for the 68 done. Nothing picture worthy though. Should have some major progress in the next few days.
Then I shifted gears and spent sometime with the 1969 in the backyard. It's like my own version of Roadworthy Rescues. Since I got it to run, now I am working on the cooling system. Radiator and water pump are toast. There's alot of rust in the motor. I got to do some kind of flush or even run some Zep through it. It's bad.

Did some reorganizing around the yard and garage. This is one of the motors from the parts stash. It was originally slated for the 68, but Brent had a better motor ( the 302 roller ). I moved it onto a stand and tossed some parts at it. Mostly so stuff wouldn't be laying on the floor or outside. It's a 289 with 351 heads with roller tip rockers.

After that, I played with the yard 69. I flushed out the block the best I could. Then replaced the water pump, thermostat and housing, some hoses, and the belt.
