Yeah I’ve seen them like that, this is 80mil HDPE I’ve got a bunch of it around from where I use to work. Still making templets, so I’ll see what they look like when there finished.
Plus going to have a little mud flap in the front and I can cut a new one anytime I mess one up.
Curious to see pics of Andy’s as well.

Yes, I could of shaped the rears better with a heat gun or propane torch.

I do like the round edge, but mine are only stick out an inch so I’m trying to keep them low key for know.
Did you use screws or riveted them?

Sheet metal screws. They are great at holding tools and my beer.

Home from a little work in PA, the gx is great in inclement weather.

Got a little more done on the flares, add here, trim here. Plus added a little mud flap to the bottom.I think the templates are about done.

Yes new O-ring, I’ve had it on the Lexus since I got it.

Took it out for a to test the flares, working pretty good.

Current situation, detent locator broke.

This is the detent “bullet” inside a carbon fiber arrow inside a aluminum arrow.
The detent is a prefect fit.
This is the ideal to stop the plastic from breaking over.
