Boy. That was one slushy slippery run, I got stuck multiple times. Snow in some places was slushy underneath and ice crusted on top. As long as you can stay on top your fine. Once you break through the top you sink like a stone

I found that While Lockers are great. They are also a quick path to digging yourself into 4 deep holes that you can't climb out of even at 6psi tire pressure.

Was fun but a lot of work.

Yes I was that Guy. thanks Matt for putting up with me and the Pooch.

Now to go get stuff for bacon Bacon bacon Food

I will be there with at least one of my chitlens maybe both and the woman. And my brother is in his rig with a plus 1 I believe

Run went great, and glad we did it. Going to run up and back the same route due to some crappy snow side hilling I don't want to drag you all down. Ask Mike, he'll tell you all about it :worms::steer:

Super wet snow with a nice track that once you slide off, lots of sinking. Don't think this rain is going to help either. Weather wise it was super warm and slightly drizzly as we where headed back down.

I'd like to try and be leaving the gas station by 9:30-10:00 as it will take an hour and a half or two to get up there. Easy drive with about 300yds of wet snow and a couple of baby downed trees. Please bring what ever wood you have, even a couple of pieces. I hauled some up, but think more will be better.

See you all tomorrow morning!!

Matt

I can bring some logs from our pile. I was thinking of bringing our little portable BBQ for heating/reheating purposes. I'm skipping breakfast in anticipation of some BACON!

Well just say that was pretty epic!

Thank you all that came. Those that missed out well, you missed out on great bacon dishes, great people, and well some snow..... and then it really started snow! :D

Some pics coming once I unpack.

Anybody pull down my moving (dog) blanket over the window at the cabin? It was a great day indeed?

Also I'm missing my mint green tow strap. It was the one used to get everyone up the hill. Had a blast!
