The 4 threaded holes in the passenger floor…

What're they for? Neither my main rig or my parts car has anything bolted into them. They seem to be right where anyone sitting in the rear seat would have their feet. Any reason I should keep them? They're not drain holes. I'm wrapping up welding on the floor, so now seems like a dandy time to close them up.

Only thing I have in that area is where my seat belts bolt to the floor.

I had something like this bolted under seat for the jack and accessories.

They are for the jack support and other things

I should of welded mine up. Mounting my seat belts on the seat mount frame. They have to be a pain for the passengers, along with the shoulder belt hanging in their door opening.
