th700 to split case adapter with rebuilt split case

i was going to use this for my shop truck project but decided to go a different route so it's for sale:

low milage AA adapter to mate a th700 to a cruiser split case:

plus a rebuilt ( 0 miles on it ) 38 mm split case. the adapter alone goes for over $700 from AA. i need to get $700 for the pair. can ship at buyers' expense. located in stockton CA. i can post pics.

is a TH700 same as a 700R4?

sure is. this adapter will also work with the electronic version of the 700, called the 4L60E up to 1998 and has the speed sensor with it.

yeah, this is better suited for the 55s, 60s, 62s and mini trucks with a longer rear driveline than an fj40.

i have however helped a friend install one in a 40 and it worked out great. his wheelbase was stretched 4" in the rear and the engine was mounted pretty far wforward yet still used a mechanical fan.

nope. this is an AA adapter specifically designed to mate a split case to the back of a gm th700 automatic transmission.

sorry but i gotta be firm on the price. do the math and you'll see that $700 is a smokin deal on this stuff. used split cases go for $300 and up. this one is rebuilt with 0 miles on it.............
if you wanna pay $700 plus shipping then you have yourself a deal. i'll still have to invest time and effort in boxing it up and shipping it.

i don't mean to come across like a hard-ass but i think the price i'm asking is very reasonable.
