Techstream Help

Hi all first post here have been reading mainly. I'm having issues with Techstream version 12.20.024, It connects fine but i don't have anything that i can do every time i try it brings up the white asterisks. I have a 2004 LC v8 GLX in Australia if that matters any help to get this working would be fantastic thanks

"How to techstream in 5 minutes" is what you want to read and follow.

Make sure you uninstall any antivirus software first otherwise it may not let all the functions work.
