Tail gate install

Looking to install the tail gate. I've installed it on this rig. On the lower three hinges are those through bolts with nuts? I don't see any threads similar to the spare tire holder. I've read where some people install rivet nuts? Seeking advice...

I'm also looking for the two hooks on the top and a chain set.

What year 40? I think @cruisermatt sells plates that go behind the rear sill for the hinges. I'll be making my own along with some other hardware. I'm in the process of making and adapting a tailgate for my 75 40 using barn doors. I've done a lot of searching on this site with decent results. There is a vendor that makes aftermarket latching hooks, or watch and put a wanted ad in the classified section, or make them yourself. I don't recall the vendors name. I've taken a deep dive into searching for tailgate info and dimensions on this site so i can make one look similar to stk. You'll have to source used chains. Stock tailgate hardware can get pretty pricey.
