Yes, big flat washer goes against the outer wheel bearing, I think it is already there on auto locking hub equipped vehicles, but I may be wrong...

*What I was trying to describe is people sometimes only put the driveshaft through, install the locking hub, the nut/washer (P/N 90119-08456), the gasket, the hub face and then expect it all to hold together properly.

Ideally in an IFS w/ factory locking hub application you use all the proper parts just as you should in the conversion. Here's the page on it all. The washer is P/N 43501/2 and the spacers i described are P/N's 43410/20 which currently list as the following three sizes: 90560-27005, -27010, -27011. The assembly goes together the exact same way right up until you install the assemblies where the dashed lines start in the diagram after the snap ring (P/N 43410/20). Then it's the ADD Flange or the Locking Hub Assembly.

:flipoff2: [Jealous] You need to rework all those spares in that bucket into whatever usable's you have like we did, take your best for yourself and throw them up for sale. Easy $$$. :D

I have buckets of this stuff. You should see my elocker pile.:D

I build new hubs when I rebuild axles for folks. Usually with Longfield hub gears.

**Anyone interested in another perspective on all of this the next edition of 4wdToyotaOwner Magazine, the Jan/Feb 2011 issue, covers this topic.

I havn't gotten my copy yet but am actually curious what points they show as to the whole bit of whether or not to use certain parts.
