@bowseruni - you called it! The top of the spring isn't in the spring seat on the drivers side! Thank you!!!

I don't have time to fix it until after work, but will report back once I get it back in there.
 
Seating the rear spring got me back almost a half inch. I then loosened and retorqued all fasteners while the suspension was fully weighted on a four post lift. I still had lots of lean. So now it is at a friend's shop to have a nut welded to the stuck shutter valve screw. He's doing me a favor and fitting it in between customer jobs when he can, and with any luck, I should have it back by the end of the week. Fingers crossed that he can get it loose.
 
My friend got the KDSS shutter valve screw loose today by welding a M10 nut onto it. So psyched.

Edit: I just got home, it is fixed. It rides amazingly well. It soaks up the dirt roads, corrugations and potholes. I'm so appreciative of my friend. For people doing this in the future, I'd recommend making sure you can get these shutter valves loose before tackling a suspension job.
