I had a nice surprise today and I'm passing it on to you!

Donated a $100 gift certificate to Surf N Turf !!!
As you know, we don't do a raffle and we don't have any formal
registration at Surf n Turf. So I'm going to draw a name from the list
of people who have bought(or buy) Surf N Turf shirts.

***You MUST order your shirt before OCTOBER 15.***
That's when the order goes to the printer and the WINNER will be
announced!

Yesterday we got out for a little pre-run of the Garcia Ridge Trail.
It's one of the optional inland trails on the way to Surf n Turf's Pozo Saloon Finale on Sunday afternoon.

Crap! You said get your order in by the 15th. I went to the site to order a shirt..cause I plan on coming...and the shop is closed. Save me a shirt so I can pick it up at the event. I'll be bringing the wife,kid, and dog....that means it'll be in the 80. See you there. Put the name "Dan Rohweder" on a Large long sleeve T and a dash plaque. Thanks--see you there.
By the way, I will be post call on Saturday so will be leaving SF around 9am. Hope to meet up with you guys by early afternoon. Dogs are OK right? Are we doing a raffle?

Fortunately, I did buy a couple dozen extra shirts today. These will go fast, first come first serve.
Dan, you're lucky, you just got dibs on the last Long Sleeve shirt!
You're not the first to contact me today after the cutoff (and you won't be the last.)
For anyone that missed out, I suspect I'll be persuaded to take orders at the event for a second run of shirts. Unfortunately, the smaller runs cost a little more and then there is the shipping.
Bring your piggy bank.
Dogs are OK if they are on a leash. And at the dunes/beach with vehicles, ATVs, Motorcycles its critical you have your pet under the control at all times. (Same for small humans)
There are no plans for a formal raffle but there are some nice "prizes" in the works.

I ordered 340 shirts, over $5000 worth. You should see my spreadsheet. I'm keeping track of names, emails, phone numbers, "bro deals", short sleeve, long sleeve, hoodies, three kids sizes, two toddler sizes, four adult sizes, this years, last years and the first year graphics. I've got addresses for shirts to ship and shirts to deliver at the event. Fortunately, most people paid in advance, but I still have money to collect and refunds for others. I'm not whinning, it's just an amazing amount of details when you get into it. I'm stoked, this is going to be awesome. And I will have fun at the event.
If it's like last year, Katherine will be be taking orders for another run of shirts (last year that was 50 shirts, this year will likely be double that.) Plus, there are the stickers and dash plaques.
I'm working on a few surprises too.
All this could be a PITA if I wasn't doing it for a BUNCH of good friends. YOU guys ROCK, I'm lucky to know so many awesome cruiserheads. And, I lucky to impose on a bunch of local cruiserheads who always come through.
