Can anyone coming from socal grab some tires from Redondo beach for me? I am more than willing to send some cash down for your troubles. Georg aka orangeFJ45 knows me well and will vouch for me (I hope). PLEASE call me at 415-517-2692 I would go do it myself, but my wife is due any day now, and she would not look kindly on me missing this day in our lives.

Thanks
Dima

Jay, you are the master! I'm laughing my ass off after a long ass day of Surf N Turf prep. Don't fret, I wasn't alone. Katherine and her girl friend help sort and fold 800+ shirts. Our house is buried with event and MOB shirts. I must say the shirts look AWESOME! They worked their asses off providing that extra loving touch for each and every shirt (except I did fold, pack and slobber on a few myself). They do it all for you (and a few Cazadores cocktails).

Jason "landcruiserjunkie" also came by to help pull stuff from under the house and pre-stage gear for Wednesday AM "haul down" to the beach. I'm expecting a lot more locals to help with that effort.

Kevin, the tire guy (and Cruiserhead) in SLO hooked me up with a 37x14.5x15 Toyo MT which has been backordered for months. So Knuckles won't have limp on that old IROK. Cruiser Karma at work!

The point is, there are a bunch of people stepping up to help produce this spectacle and I entertain myself by seeing just how far they will go. Jay, you can include yourself as someone who continues to amaze me.

It is impossible to not underestimate this crazy bunch of Cruiserheads. You guys are the BEST!

Everyone deserves to share this tribute!

You guys are just too damn cool.

Now, lets party!

Im ready for the trip, just did 65 miles of Johnson Valley offroading and Im ready for some smooth sand.

Copy that. I just got back from DV yesterday, where the roads got me to re-tightening the rear motor mounts again. Highs near 80, lows in the 30s. Good thing there are some digs out there. It'll be tighter quarters sleeping in the 40 at Pismo, but the sounds of the surf, and the gentle rocking as the sand slips from under my tires should make up for that!:D

Just checked reserve america. There are still 950 reservations left for the weekend of Nov.4,5,6. ???. With over 500 confirmed for SnT and only 1000 spots availble for camping..numbers don't add up. ya'll know you need reservations to camp there right?:hillbilly:. just sayin...

got me worried so I called & asked to reserve a space in BLUE camp. They said there is no blue camp.
I said is it full?
NO!
Why can't I get a space in Blue camp?
There is no blue camp.
Do I need a parking pass? NO!
How about GREEN Camp?
There is no green camp!
sand driveway? NO!

LADY, the beach is all ONE COLOR, there are no designated colors, camps or driveways!
