Yes, $22,500.00 would be a lot for a set of shackles.!

;p

I read that wrong the first time too.

How about just a pair in the rear? Any negative effects? Reason being I already get plenty of felx from the front SOA, but it's lacking in the rear. What kind of lift over stock do these shackles give?

Thanks

Bob

I thought about just the rear also, but decided since I had them I would run them. I like the extra flex in the front now, because no matter how much the OME springs drop and twist in the rear, they still dont flex that great. Stock springs on a SOA would probably work better. The shackle at rest is about 1.5" longer than my Greaseable stock replacement ones from Man-A-fre.

These shackles live in Mississippi now. :bounce::bounce::bounce: Thanks again, Matt.

Not sure I'm going to be able to get them on before I leave for Katemcy, but I sure want to try. Lots of mods to do it right.

You know that feeling when you get ready to do a really cool mod to your truck that's gonna maka a huge difference off road? I got it. :D

3 years to the day on the last post!:D

I want to see!!! Is dd113 actually selling these now?

**edit, I did see the $1200 price tag on superior's website....**

Now that I see them in action on the forklift Im kinda bummed there gone:crybaby: Oh well, have fun with them, and that truck looks like mine by the way:D

Why do you think I waited to tell anyone I was getting them. All part of my master 4 year plan.

Yep, looks just like yours. Has that distinct 502 sound, too.

I was really impressed until I read the $1200 tag, Wow!

The shackles used a smaller diameter shackle bolt, and therefore a smaller ID bushing than my old shackles. Devo warned me about this ahead of time. Just like Devo did, I'm going to drill out the shackles to use the big 18MM bolts that came with my HFS extended shackles. I'll be able to keep my old bushings, which are only a couple of years old and are still fine.

Euclid.............this thread is worthless without pics of your rig;)
