Took the wheels off and inspected. Thanks to
@Fireman ans
@wngrog for some advice. Appears to be missing the anti rattle clips. The brakes are also dragging/running as you can see in the video/pictures.
Any other thoughts or potential fixes?

the W clips as i call them will NOT cause the dragging your experiencing
ONLY 1 or more of the 4 pistons being seized from age and time will cause this symptom .........
i would also inspect your master cylinder closely for good measure , i bet there is a external leak , pull it away from the booster with the lines STILL attached
remove one caliper at a time ONLY , use channle locks and gentally apply slow but firm force , the 2 pistons on one side should both slide bak in the caliper a bit
STOP !
then repeat the other 2 pistons
DO NOT over press back in or the opposing side 2 pistons will / can pop out
then you will need new calipers for sure
repeat on the other vehicle side after re-install of the current test caliper
if even one of the 8 caliper pistons is sized in any way or very hard to set back inside the caliper
also look for the rubber boots being torn water infiltration can occur here
then i always replace both calipers with OEM Toyota re manufactured parts genuine ones
good value price point for what you get
all new mounting hard ware including 4 caliper mounting bolts too
slide pins
ships
pads
and yes anti rattle clips .....
sounds like alot , but eazy peezy job ......
i always use full synthetic caliper lube on all moving parts pins shims etc ...........
back sides of wheels too to prevent future wheels to HUB seizing as well
you trusty chassis body FSM OEM manual goes over brake sin good detail refer to it at all times
