Summer Event Help needed

Over the past years, we have heard several members voice that they would enjoy a planned ride over the summer, when kids are out of school.


With the boards main efforts focused on SMORR and Tuttle rides, we are looking for someone with the desire and time to step forward and work on this project.


This role can be as small as polling interest and organizing a single ride, to making a large new summer event for TAC. Basically, it is what you want to put into it. We would love if it would also expand to help with SMORR, to get it to be a regionally attended event.


Best thing about this role, is that you can make your own title!! I always liked "supreme commander of the western alliance" -- but this is your call.


So, if you want to add a summer event, speak up know, and if your willing to lead the charge step forward.

Son of LC and I are interested in leading the charge for the Summer Wheelin Event......but we don't want there to be a "Charge" for the event.
We want it to be a low cost.......come wheel with the club...event.
Here are our thoughts
Call the Event
"TAC Summer on the Trail"
Date>> Sometime between June 1st-August 15th.....when kids are not in school. (Yes it will be warm but that is what summer is all about.)
Location>> Tuttle Creek
Who>> Anyone who's got a Toyota or Likes Toyotas
Cost to attend the event>> $0.00
Camping Cost>>> Whatever the Park charges
Meals....All for yourself minus Group Sat Night Pot Luck Dinner>>> Core Meal (BBQ Brisket Slow Smoked on the Traeger) be provided by son of LC and myself. Patrons can bring chips/sides/desserts/whatever. Those that don't bring anything still welcome to meal.
True cost is Towin, Wheelin and Campin.
Son of LC and I are stoked to help so Any thoughts/feedback would be much appreciated. Maybe we can discuss more at the meeting???

I always go to the Wheeling World park in Eureka Springs, AR the last weekend in August.. i guess kids are in school by then tho. There's an annual vw show down there we attend, but me and a few friends take our rigs down there to wheel instead.
