I'm listing this for my good buddy Darren who is a mud member. He bought this truck about a year ago. We drove down and picked it up. Its a real nice solid truck that has had any problems or issues addressed, and repaired correctly. Please direct all questions to drobinson592@yahoo.com as I will not be monitoring this thread much. Since purchasing is 13 months ago, the following repairs have been made:

New Webber Carburetor and FJ Gas pedal conversion
All new fluids
New 6 into 1 header and all new exhaust
New fog lights
New front calipers

Upon purchase, the hard top was removed in favor of the soft top. The hard top (with ambulance doos) is included in the sale price as is the OEM carb and air cleaner.

At one time this truck had a NC salvage title It has since been addressed and has a 100% clear VA title in hand and ready for new owner

Gas pedal conversion

Custom center console

New custom top, but sun faded on the exterior

Diamond plate quarter panel patch

Pizza cutter tires witha LOT of life left

Wilwood custom proportioning valve to control the 4 wheel disc brakes

Dash showing heater controls.

ARB bag, and tachometer not included. Plastic tool box included, but it is empty.

Hey that's my old 40!! I miss that truck. Bump for a sweet 40. I daily drove it for about a year and loved every minute of it.

talked to the seller last night. In regards to the salvage title, apparently in North Carolina, random vehicles are subject to spot inspections by the DMV. This cruiser was picked to be checked out. While it has a 72 chassis and 79 body, they branded it salvage even though it was never in a wreck.

Again, even though there is a NC state salvage tag, this vehicle now has a 100% clean Virginia title, in the sellers hands!

Bump for Seller. I have drove this truck and have checked it out and it is a very solid rig. We upgraded the shackles to the grease-able HFS shackles and some poly bushings in the springs. I would not hesitate to drive this anywhere. I would pick this up but my 7 month old takes all of my cruiser money now.
